About Kristina Grace
Kristina Grace is a registered social worker and maternal mental health specialist with over 16 years’ experience. She is the founder of Mothers Helpers and the developer of mental health and parenting programmes supporting families in New Zealand and increasingly around the world.
Her work focuses on trauma-informed care, supporting parents through complex challenges, and helping organisations deliver more effective, responsive services.
Kristina works with organisations internationally and is available for both in-person and remote speaking and consulting.
